A businessman steps into the elevator and finds a cheerful blonde already inside. She flashes a smile and says, “T-G-I-F!”
He nods politely and replies, “S-H-I-T.”
She blinks, confused, and repeats, “T-G-I-F!”
He smiles again and says, “S-H-I-T.”
Now visibly puzzled but still trying to be friendly, she says once more, “T-G-I-F!”
He responds with the same calm tone, “S-H-I-T.”
Finally, she chuckles and explains, “T-G-I-F means ‘Thank Goodness It’s Friday!’”
He grins and says, “S-H-I-T—‘Sorry, Honey, It’s Thursday.’”
