Instructions:

  1. Brown the Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until fully browned.
    • Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  2. Add Aromatics:
    • Add 1 small diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef.
    • Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Season the Mixture:
    • Stir in 1 teaspoon dried mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
    • Mix well to coat the beef and onion mixture with the spices.
  4. Introduce Tanginess:
    • Add 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup and 2 tablespoons yellow mustard to the skillet.
    • Stir to combine, allowing the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Prepare the Casserole:
    • Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×9-inch casserole dish.
  6. Layer with Goodness:
    • Sprinkle 6 slices of crumbled bacon evenly over the beef mixture.
  7. Add Cheesy Bliss:
    • Spread 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bacon and beef mixture.
  8. Whisk and Pour:
